I have been involved with the housing construction/remodeling business for over 50 years, with experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and handyman services; I’m your typical jack-of-all-trades. However, roofing is not my forte.

Now that the new roof is installed and fascia is replaced, I want to acknowledge that the quality of the work is exceptional. From the roof install, to the fascia replacement, to the installation of all ancillaries, to the painting of the fascia, and then the clean up; your crew, led by your partner Jair, displayed professionalism and courtesy to me and my wife. Jair is totally devoted to your firm and the industry. He would stop whatever he was doing to answer questions – and I had a lot of them. He walked the project with me many times to ensure I understood what was being done.

Tim Kline is a hands-on owner who values his reputation and is prepared to make his customers happy. His professionalism was exemplified by the way he made himself personally available to the Board of Directors for a presentation on his evaluation of our particular project. He took great care to photograph the existing roofs and to explain the nature of the issues our community was facing. This resulted in a bid that was detailed and clear. His willingness to take this time up front was a major factor in his being awarded our contract.
During the project, homeowners observed and commented on the quality and efficient pace of the work being performed. It was noted that Jair Hernandez, the Project Manager, managed very well in Tim’s absence as the job site was kept exceptionally clean and the safety procedures were well thought out and consistently adhered to. The work was often completed ahead of schedule and very little had to be resolved upon completion.

Just wanted to write you a note about the new roof you just finished at my home.
After a year of some minor and then some major leaks at my home, I decided to put on a new roof on the house. The time had come to stop patching the roof and take care of the current problems and any future problems.
I bid the work out to three different roofing companies. The prices as I expected ranged different by some $3500.00. In today’s world of deciding on contractors of any kind, one must consider more than who is the least expensive. You must take in consideration, referrals, quality and reliability of the company.
I am so happy that I went with your company, Tim Kline Roofing. First, I must mention dealing with you personally, Tim, was a pleasure. You personally explained the entire job that your men were going to perform in detail. And about the crew that you sent to do the job, as professional as you are, so were all of your workers. Not only were they polite, and respectful, the quality of the work was amazing. Each morning I personally went on the roof to follow the progress and was very impressed of the detail that went into their work. This is a testament to you. At the end of each day they spent time going through the entire property to make sure all debris was picked up, especially the nails that might have fallen on the property.
Many of my neighbors came up to me to mention that they never had seen workmen, perform their work so professionally. They also mentioned that they noticed the detail and quality that they were performing. They arrived every day on time and left the job each day with the property looking neat and clean.
All of my neighbors are probably in the same position of needing a roof within the next 24 to 36 months, and all, not some of them, have said they would only consider you and your men, after seeing the quality and professionalism of your company.
In today’s world so many people like to complain and find fault with work that is performed for them, and never praise the company when the work is done in a professional manner and with the quality that should be expected. That is why I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with every aspect of the job that was performed on my home. When one has the opportunity to observe outstanding work by a contractor it is appropriate to recognize that effort. Your efforts in providing the planning, organization and project control as you worked to replace our roof was excellent. I was very impressed.
You provided a well written proposal that was understandable and equitable to both participating parties. Additionally, your effort in pictorially documenting the project from start to finish is beneficial to all parties.

I would like to let you know how impressed I am with the professionalism and care that your roofers took during my roofing project. They were careful to cover my entire pool and yard area where debris could fall. They cleaned up at the end of each day to ensure there were no nails lying on the ground or in my driveway. Not once did I need to worry whether they were doing the job the way it should be done. That alone was a huge relief for me.
