Expert Roof Analysis

Here at Tim KLINE Roofing, we feel that it is critical for our customers have the knowledge necessary to make the kind of consequential decisions that are so important to not only the health of their home, but also will continue to give complete confidence 20-years after making them.

In order to be able to make an educated decision that will give that type of long-lasting confidence, one must have enough knowledge about a subject that gives that level of comfort. Therefore, when our customers call on us to visit them and talk about their roofing issues, our inspection model is NOT to give you a 4-hour appointment window, just look at your roof and then check off boxes on an estimate sheet hand it over and leave. Our business model is to be on time for our agreed-to appointment, listen to all your concerns and then begin our thorough inspection that includes:

All of that probably sounds like it would take hours to complete. It does not actually. Having the experience of 35 plus years of looking at roofs gives us the ability to get things done efficiently and thoroughly. Taking pictures is a great way of quickly logging topics that are needed to discuss. After all the above is completed, we can quickly and easily transfer all those photos to a size appropriate picture viewer for our customers to be able to see all the relevant issues. As we navigate the photos, we can then explain all the roofing practices, terminology, issues and corrections in an easily understood manner. So many times, customers comment about what an enormous help it is to now know more about roofing than they ever thought they would and that pictures really are worth a thousand words.

Want to be able to make educated decisions about how your roof works and what to do with your roof? You will need to call Tim KLINE Roofing, because you will not get this type of caring, patient attention from any other roofer.

When one has the opportunity to observe outstanding work by a contractor it is appropriate to recognize that effort. Your efforts in providing the planning, organization and project control as you worked to replace our roof was excellent. I was very impressed.

You provided a well written proposal that was understandable and equitable to both participating parties. Additionally, your effort in pictorially documenting the project from start to finish is beneficial to all parties.

I was also impressed with your crew lead by Jair. Their work effort was excellent. In a very short period of time, it was obvious that this was a well trained cohesive team in which each person new their specific responsibility and did it with minimum direction. Don’t hesitate to use me as a reference for future work should it be of assistance. Keep up the good work.
